Delete your Hunchy account
In the app
Settings → Delete account. Sign in again if Hunchy asks, then confirm.
Without the app
Email support@hunchy.club from the address you sign in with, subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
Your account, your name, photo and email, every game result, your stats, streaks, badges and settings, your saved boards, the answers, players and groups you reported, the players you blocked, and your place in every group. If you created a group, it passes to another member so the group continues.
What is kept
- Usage events and crash reports that were already sent. They carry a one-way code made from your account id and an analytics id of the device or browser, not your name or email, and expire on their own (14 months and 90 days).
- Your name in the final tables of competitions that finished while you were in a group, and as the creator of a group you were the only member of.
- Reports other players sent about you, and a count of the groups you created and reports you sent, under your account id, to limit abuse.
- Daily backups of the database, for up to 14 days after the deletion.
