Hunchy Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Roy Leibovitz, the developer who runs Hunchy ("we"). By playing Hunchy at hunchy.club or in the Hunchy apps you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Hunchy.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
You can play as a guest or sign in. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it any time in Settings → Delete account.
Playing fair
Don't: - cheat, or use bots, scripts or modified apps to play, score or join groups; - give a group, or yourself, a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or pretends to be someone else; - harass or bully other players; - try to break into, overload or copy Hunchy, its data or its servers; - break the law while using Hunchy.
We may remove a group name, a result or a player from a group, or close an account, when these terms are broken. Tell us about a problem at support@hunchy.club.
What belongs to whom
Hunchy, its mini games, words, art, sounds and code belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us; their credits are in Settings → About → Credits & licences. You may share your results and share pictures as the app lets you. You keep the names you give your groups, and let us show them to the group's members.
Hunchy is free and comes as is
Hunchy is free. We work to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will always be available, without mistakes, or that games, answers, facts, scores or streaks will never be wrong or lost. We may change, add or remove games and features.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from using Hunchy. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
If we change these terms we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app when the change matters. Playing after a change means you accept it.
Law
Israeli law governs these terms, and the courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
